Development Cost Charges (DCC’s) are collected from developers in order to assist in funding infrastructure upgrades which are made necessary as a result of increased development.  The Town is required to collect DCC’s on behalf of the Capital Regional District in addition to Town DCC’s.

The CRD DCC’s for a particular property depend on the type of land use.  More details are  available at Town Hall or by email request.
