The Town has approximately 70 employees, consisting of full-time permanent, seasonal and auxiliary positions.  Excluding management, all positions are Union positions (CUPE Local 374).  When positions become available at the Town Hall, a posting is placed on this webpage and an advertisement is placed in the Victoria Times-Colonist (Saturday edition).  Resumes are only accepted for posted positions.  Listed below are current employment opportunities:
