In response to the COVID-19 pandemic and the resulting impact on local businesses, Sidney Council passed a resolution on December 14, 2020 to waive the Town of Sidney Business Licence Fees for existing and new businesses for the 2021 calendar year, provided that businesses update their contact information with the Town.

• Existing businesses looking to renew their Town of Sidney Business Licence must complete the Business Licence Update form on our website, after which your 2021 Business Licence will be mailed to you.
• New businesses can follow the Business Licence process outlined in the Business Licences section of our website.

Any businesses that have already paid their 2021 business licence fee will be sent a refund.
