Sidney, BC.; The Town of Sidney is pleased to welcome Mrs. Jenn Clary, P.Eng, PMP as the new Director of Engineering. Her first day at the Town will be Monday, June 10, 2019.
Jenn brings a wealth of knowledge to this role, as she possess degrees in both Civil Engineering and Economics along with over 10 years of post-graduate experience. Additionally, she is registered as a Professional Engineer with the Engineers and Geoscientists BC and a Project Management Professional with the Project Management Institute.
“I’m grateful for the opportunity to work at the Town of Sidney, and my family is excited to become a part of the community," states Mrs. Clary. She will fill the position of Director of Engineering for the Town of Sidney, which became vacant in December 2018 when Tim Tanton accepted the offer of Chief Administrative Officer for the District of North Saanich.
“I am confident that Jenn Clary is going to be a wonderful addition to the Senior Management Team at the Town,” states Randy Humble, Chief Administrative Officer. “Along with her academic and practical experience, she will certainly bring fresh ideas and perspective to the Engineering Department and to the Town overall”.
Jenn comes to Sidney from Metro Vancouver where she is currently working as a Senior Project Engineer. She will relocate to the Island with her husband and two small children.
