Relocation of long-term parking in downtown Sidney

This fall, Public Parking Lot F (Bevan Avenue and Third Street) will be transitioning into a paid long-term parking lot to ensure this parking option remains available once nearby Public Parking Lot A (Bevan Avenue and Third Street) reverts to a free public parking lot with a three-hour time limit. Lot A is located on provincial property; the Province recently clarified that commercial activity, including paid parking, is not permitted under the lease.

Lot F has 34 parking spaces. Up to 20 monthly parking passes will be made available at Lot F for local businesses to support the needs of downtown employers.
