Vote by Mail Ballot
Registered electors (resident or non-resident) may vote by mail if they:
1. have a physical disability, illness or injury that affect their ability to vote at another voting
2. expect to be absent from the Town on general voting day (October 20, 2018) and at the
times of all advance voting opportunities (October 10 and 17, 2018).
Electors must complete and submit an application form to the Town of Sidney in order to receive a mail ballot.
It is anticipated the Town will be able to send out mail ballot packages commencing on or about October 1, 2018.
IMPORTANT: To be counted, your mail ballot
be received by the Chief Election Officer at the Town of Sidney Municipal Hall (2440 Sidney Avenue) by 4:00pm on Friday, October 19, 2018 or arrange for the ballot to be hand delivered to the Chief Election Officer at the Mary Winspear Centre (2243 Beacon Avenue) between 8:00am and 8:00pm on Saturday, October 20, 2018.
