Draft Amendment to the Zoning Bylaw
Council will be considering an amendment to Zoning Bylaw No. 2275 to allow up to 4 dwelling units on properties within the Multi-Unit Residential group of zones with lot areas less than 750 square metres. Council will be considering first reading of this bylaw at the Council Meeting on May 26, 2025 at 6:00 pm in the Council Chambers at Sidney Town Hall.
