Parks Use & Event Bookings

If you are interested in holding a public or private event in one of our parks, please review the resources linked below.

  To apply for a Parks Use Permit to hold an event in one of our parks, please complete a Parks Use and Events Application form and email it to engineeringservices@sidney.ca or drop it off in person at Town Hall.

• Bouncy Castles
  Bouncy castles need to be certified by Technical Safety BC and require a certified operator at all times. Information can be found on Technical Safety BC’s website. Proof of certification must be submitted to Town staff prior to approval of a parks use permit.

Depending on the type of event and location, an application fee and/or damage deposit may be required.

Please note: the Town does not accept credit card payments for damage deposits. Cheque, cash, or debit payments are accepted.
