Material made available via the Town of Sidney’s website is intended for research purposes and private use only. All rights are reserved, and any re-use, transmission, duplication or distribution without the express written permission of the Town of Sidney is not allowed.
The Town’s Coat of Arms shall be used only on products that have been approved by the Town and the Town may charge a royalty. Prototypes or models, not exceeding two in number, may be manufactured for the sole purpose of presenting to the Town for approval.
