Child Seat Program
The Fire Department has certified Car Passenger Safety Educators on staff. The Educators will provide Sidney residents with the knowledge and skills on how to safely install car seats so this lesson can be applied to other seats and/ or vehicles.
To ensure you are getting the most out of your appointment, be prepared to provide the following when booking:
- Age of child
- Weight of child
- Make and model of vehicle
- Make and model of car seat
- Number of seats to install
- Whether car seat is new or used
