Council Procedure Bylaw Amendment

Notice is given that at the Regular Council Meeting on Monday, November 24, 2025, at 6:00 pm, in the Town Hall Council Chambers, 2440 Sidney Avenue, Council will be considering Council Procedure Amendment Bylaw No. 2299.

The proposed bylaw includes adjusting the Council and Committee of the Whole summer meeting schedule and other housekeeping amendments. A copy of Bylaw No. 2299 is available for public inspection at Town Hall or online at sidney.ca.

Public Input

Members of the public will have an opportunity to provide input on the proposed amendments at the November 24, 2025 Council Meeting.

  • You may speak to Council in person at the meeting, or electronically via Zoom. If you wish to participate electronically via Zoom, please contact the Town at 250-656-1139 or admin@sidney.ca by 12:00 pm on November 24, 2025 to register and receive the electronic meeting details.
  • Written feedback can be sent by email to admin@sidney.ca or dropped off at Sidney Town Hall (2440 Sidney Avenue).
