Service delays have affected garbage and yard waste pick up this week. Residents whose waste has not been collected are asked to leave bins at the curb until collection is completed, with additional collection planned through the week and Saturday if necessary.

Totem Park

Totem Park is a small park that includes a large welcome feature, landscaping, and the Kwagulth Bear and Frog Crest Pole. The pole was carved by the late Chief Tony Hunt, a world-renowned artist and recipient of the Order of British Columbia. The cedar pole, carved in the style of Southern Kwagulth, was erected in 1966 as part of a provincial “Route of Totems” initiative.
